Do you ship overseas?
At this moment, we only ship throughout the United States.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders ship on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing and shipping of an order. After processing, orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days for domestic orders.

Are Heavenly Enhanced® products cruelty free/tested on animals?
Heavenly Enhanced®, together with our manufacturer(s), does not perform or condone animal testing.
Our product testing has been performed on clients, friends, employees, and of course, Stephanie Renise herself.
Are Heavenly Enhanced® products Vegan?
For the most part, yes, most of our hair care products are Vegan. Each product description will specify if they are or not.
Do your products contain preservatives?
Yes, to ensure product safety. Preservatives often garner unfavorable reviews, but they are a major factor in keeping products safe and for protection from microbial growth (i.e., mold and bacteria). We work in tandem with our manufacturers to choose the best and safest preservative for each individual product. However, our products do not contain parabens.
Are your products color safe?
Our hair care products are safe for color treated hair.
Can your products be used on hair with extensions?
Yes, however, we would recommend that you consult your stylist who is familiar with the adhesive, process and extension material that you specifically use to safely and correctly ascertain the products that would be compatible with your extensions.
Are your products sulfate-free?
Yes our products mostly are sulfate-free. Sulfate-free surfactants are generally milder, less stripping with significant less foaming action.
However, our invigoratED - botanical clarifying shampoo contains sulfates. We have buffered/encompassed the impact of sulfates with active percentages of essential and carrier oils together with ample plant extracts.
Do your products offer heat protection?
Yes, heat protection is a key factor in several products; namely the moisturizED - softening shampoo, silkenED - shine & smoothing serum, polishED - argan oil therapy, softenED - therapeutic leave-in conditioner & moisturizer, glossifiED - luminous sheen spray, hydratED - argan oil moisturizing styling cream, definED - curl defining gel, texturED - smoothing curl cream, and the revivED - revitalizing dry shampoo.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
We would recommend that you consult with your doctor to discuss product safety during your pregnancy and in the months following your delivery.
What is the shelf life of Heavenly Enhanced® products?
All Heavenly Enhanced® products are guaranteed to last 18 months on the shelf.
